He said that consuming less heavy metals daily can also cause many types of physical problems. Its risk is even higher in pregnant women and young children. This is because metals cause problems related to the development of the body. They can also badly affect the development of the brain and can lead to the birth of children with low IQ.

The doctor warned that excessive lead intake in adults can cause nervous system problems, high blood pressure, suppression of the immune system, kidney damage and problems related to reproduction. Dr. Sudhir Kumar suggested that we can eat dark chocolate with low lead or cadmium content and can go with milk chocolate, which has less heavy metals. The doctor said that it would be better to consume dark chocolate with less cocoa content.
